Since 2 August 2026 the transparency obligations of Art. 50 of the EU AI Act (Regulation (EU) 2024/1689) apply. Below we disclose where and how we use artificial intelligence. Last updated: August 2026.
1. Interaction with AI systems
This website uses no chatbot and no AI assistant. Every enquiry sent through our forms, by e-mail or by phone is answered by a human – Bruno Donko.
If we introduce an AI assistant in the future, we will state this visibly and accessibly at the very start of the first interaction.
2. AI-generated or AI-edited content
Some images, illustrations and text passages on this website were created or revised with generative AI tools. All content is reviewed by a human before publication, and we take editorial responsibility for it.
- Images/graphics: partly AI-generated or AI-retouched; such visuals are labelled „AI-generated“ nearby.
- Text: AI may be used for phrasing support and translation; the content remains our responsibility.
- Portfolio screenshots: real captures of real client projects, not AI-generated.
- No deepfakes: we do not publish AI-generated depictions of real people, voices or events.
3. Our role under the AI Act
We are a deployer of third-party AI systems, not a provider. We do not develop our own AI models and do not place AI systems on the market under our own name. We do not operate high-risk AI systems within the meaning of Annex III.
4. AI in client projects
If we use AI in a client project (e.g. generated imagery, copywriting, translation), we record this in the quote or project documentation and advise you on the labelling duties that apply to you as the operator of the website.
5. Data protection when using AI
We do not enter personal client data into public AI services. Details on data processing are in our privacy policy.
